Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.imark.lk. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Exchange 

Call or Contact us through email or form place your request 

Once you notify our customer care team your concern, we would look in to the matter and get back  to you as soon as possible on how to proceed to next step in exchange.

By packing the exchanging item safely with all the tags of the item write down the Barcode number of the first delivery packing and by writing “EXCHANGE” you can hand it over to our delivery agent and you will receive your new item.

The Delivery Charges should be bared by the customer and for more than one exchange additional Rs.60 will be charge. 

Exchange Terms and  conditions 

  • Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place on our imark jeans 
  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your online purchase
  • If the product is not in a resalable condition we have the right to charge you the full amount of the item.
  • The  exchanged item remains at your responsibility till we receive it.
  • For exchanges more than one additional Rs.70 will be charged.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
 
Processing Time
 
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
